YOU MUST EMAIL A COMPLETED and SIGNED APPLICATION BACK TO US TO BE CONSIDERED.

Eligible applicants are added to our waitlist and contacted as funds become available (usually within 3-6 months)

Are you a parent of a neurodivergent child who would benefit from a sensory kit?

Download and email your completed application form to be considered to receive a sensory kit.

For Little Monkeys™ Charity is purchasing items for the sensory kits from Canadian businesses and donating them to applicants who meet the criteria through fundraising initiatives and funds received from sponsorships and grants. On occasion, items may be replaced with other comparable items if they are not available.

Criteria:

• Neurodivergent child must be under 10 years of age

• Address for delivery must be in York Region, Ontario (Aurora, East Gwillimbury, Georgina, Township of King, Markham, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Stouffville)

• Application form must be completed and signed in its entirety and submitted via email to the email address provided in the application

• All applications will be reviewed. Sensory kits will be distributed to eligible families based on funding availability
